Senior Quantity Surveyor
About you:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Membership or eligibility for membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., SCSI, RICS).
- Minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying within the Irish construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration.
- Minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying within the Irish construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction law and contract conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Additional Desirable qualities:
· Knowledge of sustainability and green procurement practices.
· Knowledge of ICMS principles and reporting.
· Advanced skills in cost management software (e.g. CostX, One-Click).
· Experience in undertaking energy efficiency and energy upgrade projects.
· Experience in undertaking life cycle and carbon assessments.
