EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, urban/regional planning and/or related field plus
-
A Master’s Degree in one of these areas is preferred and could be substituted for 2 years’ experience

10-12 years of experience in a consulting or regulatory position
-
Experience with evaluation and permitting of energy projects, particularly electric transmission lines, electric generation facilities or renewable energy projects, would be a plus
-
Must have demonstrated writing abilities, organizational skills, competency with basic business computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office)

Possess the ability to act independently with minimal supervision

Willingness and ability to travel is required
