The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development.
- Experience in conduction quantitative analysis using research tools and quantitative techniques, economic analysis of capital investments, and application of modeling, and analysis to operational processes, maintenance, logistics, and operation of complex systems.
- Experience working to deliver innovative solutions to satisfy a variety of client needs.
- Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement is required.
- Demonstrated skills with VBA, SQL server, simulations, optimization, and risk analysis
- The candidate must have excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills.
