Senior Partnerships Manager for Climate Adaptation Support Activity – US based, Washington DC, or Remote
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in international relations, economics, climate science, environmental studies, natural resources management, or relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on USAID projects including providing administrative and operational support and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
* Experience designing and managing subcontracts to meet project needs and achieve technical results and deliverables.
* Experience soliciting, designing, and managing domestic and international subcontracts.
* Experience assessing and building subcontractor operational capacity.
* Professional proficiency in English is required.
* Ability to travel internationally.
* Current US work authorization is required at the time of application.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in CASA’s targeted technical areas including climate change, resilience, food security, agriculture, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Spanish or French.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant and equitable approach to employment compensation and rate setting. The anticipated pay range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annually.
