Qualifications
Master’s degree in social sciences, international development, economics, or other fields closely related to MEL required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in international development required.
Minimum 3 years of concentrated experience in applied data collection research or MEL data collection required.
Strong background in MEL processes and knowledge of MEL tools required.
Experience with USG-funded development programs and MEL systems for USG-funded programs is required.
Fa
miliarity with donor-funded programming in Ukraine is required.
Proficiency in Ukrainian is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
