Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, MENA MELS Activity, Remote
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Minimum eight years of experience in monitoring and evaluation required.
- Experience conducting training, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using qualitative and quantitative data required.
- Experience in monitoring or evaluation across multiple sectors, such as peacebuilding, WASH, private sector development, livelihood creation, civil society strengthening, humanitarian relief, and disability and inclusion required.
- Experience designing quantitative surveys and/or qualitative interview guides required.
- Experience providing data collection training and quality assurance required.
- Experience with USAID preferred.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating projects in the West Bank and/or Gaza preferred.
- Experience in a management role with a mixed team of national and international consultants preferred.
- Experience applying coding software for qualitative data analysis preferred.
- Proficiency and experience with one or more mobile data collection platforms preferred.
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, oral and written, required.
