Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, MENA MELS Activity, Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in monitoring and evaluation required.
• Experience conducting training, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using qualitative and quantitative data required.
• Experience in monitoring or evaluation across multiple sectors, such as peacebuilding, WASH, private sector development, livelihood creation, civil society strengthening, humanitarian relief, and disability and inclusion required.
• Experience designing quantitative surveys and/or qualitative interview guides required.
• Experience providing data collection training and quality assurance required.
• Experience with USAID preferred.
• Experience monitoring and evaluating projects in the West Bank and/or Gaza preferred.
• Experience in a management role with a mixed team of national and international consultants preferred.
• Experience applying coding software for qualitative data analysis preferred.
• Proficiency and experience with one or more mobile data collection platforms preferred.
• Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, oral and written, required.
