Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, AMELA, Remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience is required.
• Experience in managing the M&V needs and activities associated with humanitarian and/or development projects in complex environments, Afghanistan preferred.
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Knowledge of USAID performance monitoring guidelines and rules (ADS 203); Solid understanding of data quality standards and issues, M&E concepts, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with M&E methodologies preferred.
• Ability to visit project sites in the insecure operating environments throughout Afghanistan.
• Professional written and spoken fluency in English and working knowledge of local languages Dari and Pashto required.
