Senior Industrial/ Facility Control System Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science in any technical area of study in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field related to the position. Network or cybersecurity certification (such as RCDD) is preferred but not required.
- Candidates need to be effective verbal and nonverbal communicators. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) is required.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance as needed for DoD and Federal work.
- Candidates will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD contracting processes and procedures.
- At least 15 years of experience performing OT/ICS/FRCS/IT projects for DoD and/or other Federal systems. At least 5 years of experience should be managing OT/ICS/FRCS/IT system projects or programs.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
The employee must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms. The employee will be required to make presentations at conferences and to clients, and the employee will be responsible for providing high quality written products to include presentations, reports, and proposals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
The employee must be able to perform basic math as needed to support project management (i.e. maintaining project budgets and providing accurate schedule and progress updates).
OTHER SKILLS:
The employee must have strong computer skills and be able to use common software needed for project management and proposal development (such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Pro). Advanced abilities in Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred. Understanding and ability to use GIS software preferred.
