Senior I IT Analyst

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, network engineering, or a related IT degree.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in network management and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues independently
• Proficiency in managing and configuring network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points
• Familiarity with Voice Over IP (VOIP) infrastructure and cabling practices
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with security teams and documenting processes effectively
• Knowledge of network standards, configuration management, and change management best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks across multiple locations and projects
• CCNA or equivalent highly preferred
