Senior I IT Analyst

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degrees (engineering, math, and science-related degrees are acceptable substitutes)
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in information technology services
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing and troubleshooting user authentication issues effectively
• Proficiency in creating and modifying scripts used to manage and report on domain activities
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers, Domains and Trusts, and Sites and Services
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration with other IT teams and support users effectively
• Familiarity with cloud engineering principles, particularly in Azure cloud administration, to support authentication services
• Ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures and complete ad hoc tasks and small projects with minimal supervision
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent highly preferred
