Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Edmonton
• Preference will be given to candidates that have northern work experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant geotechnical experience.
• Experience in a consulting engineering environment is required.
• Previous experience establishing and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience working in a consulting engineering environment at a project management level
• Experience writing internal and external reports and proposals
• Previous experience mentoring and coaching team members
• Good time management skill, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to contribute to the project by being a team player
• Travel will be required in this position. Candidates must be prepared to undertake field assignments in Northern Canada, including Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon
• Must be physically capable of performing the required field duties.
• Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent)
• Must be registered as a professional engineer by APEGA
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
