Qualifications:

•    Must be EOD Level 3+ qualified from an accredited training facility or military school.
•    Must be qualified as an EOD Instructor.
•    Experience in international HMA work is essential, with experience working in Laos preferred.
•    Experience is essential in successfully delivering EOD training across differing levels of qualifications, including developing HMA EOD training curriculum.
•    A minimum of 10 years combined experience in EOD, HMA, and/or commercial demining is required.
•    Experience is essential in overseeing complex operational planning, monitoring, and reporting activities within high-volume / high-risk environments.
•    Experience in conducting explosive-related accident/incident investigations is preferred.
•    Excellent people management experience with proven ability to lead, develop and manage national and international staff.
•    Fluent in written and spoken English.
•    Ability to live and work in remote locations.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with state regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
