Senior Evaluation Specialist, USAID/Egypt Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Activity, Cairo, Egypt

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in a social science, international relations, economics, business, development studies or a related field preferred.
• Eight (8) years of direct experience developing and managing evaluations and/or conducting social science research.
• Five (5) years of experience managing staff conducting MEL and/or research efforts.
• Strong technical background in designing, managing and/or carrying out performance and impact evaluations. 
• Experience integrating USAID’s CLA initiative into MEL programming preferred.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in data collection and analysis.
• Strong skills in providing robust and easy-to-understand data visualizations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic a plus.
