You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, environmental science, ecology, environmental engineering, or a related scientific/engineering field
-
15+ years of relevant work experience minimum
-
Knowledge of federal and state clean water legislation and regulations
-
Professional experience related to the Clean Water Act, nutrients, water quality standards, environmental policy, watershed planning, point source discharge permitting and control, and nonpoint source pollution assessment and control
-
Interest and previous experience in managing contracts and staff
-
Demonstrated management experience related to multiple, complex, and simultaneous projects
-
Ability to identify and target opportunities and build new work
-
Leader and team player possessing strong planning and organizational skills
-
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications
-
Excellent research, technical writing, and verbal communication skills/experience
-
Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at once
-
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, flexible, and responsive to tight or changing client-driven deadlines
-
Able to interact well with coworkers and existing clients in a professional and confident manner
-
Excitement to work in a dynamic work environment

Willingness to learn new skills
