Senior Cogeneration Expert - Ukraine
Qualifications
- A university degree in engineering of the field. Second degree in public administration, economics, related fields is an asset;
- Experience of working at Cogeneration operator(s);
- Experience in working with high level stakeholders including senior government counterparts in the field;
- Experience in working with local stakeholders at municipal level, regional level;
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and writing on complex topics in the field;
- Previous experience of working in donor-funded projects would be an asset;
- 10 years overall experience in cogeneration, municipal energy;
- Proficiency in English (written, read, spoken, and heard) and Ukrainian;
- Proficient in office computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
