Senior Civil Engineer (T&D) - Puerto Rico
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in civil engineering, specifically in high voltage substations, transmission lines, industrial, power generation, hydro, and other utility projects.
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and be licensed to practice as a professional engineer in the USA and/or Canada
- Experience in industrial design including but not limited to site development, grading and drainage design, site utilities / tie-ins, erosion control, and road design
- Working knowledge of civil design standards in the USA and/or Canada
- Knowledge of the following software packages is an asset: Civil 3D, XP Storm, Water Cad, AutoTurn and AutoDesk AVT.
- Experience in business development and structural design would be an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Candidate must effectively work as part of the multidiscipline design team and provide leadership and guidance to the team.
- Must be able to work independently and with others on multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
