Requirements/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant structural design experience in progressively responsible positions with an emphasis on structural design and bridge engineering.
- Effective communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant structural engineering codes and industry standards.
- Specific areas of expertise required are in the design of bridges with standard and complex geometry.
- Working knowledge of computer modeling techniques using SAP2000, CSI BRIDGE, LPILE, PCACOL (or similar software), and familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Must possess a university degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s Degree desirable.
- Experience in Washington State.
- S.E. required.
