Senior Analyst, SMLP-2
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree is required, preferably with practical research experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in qualitative research and/or monitoring, evaluation, and learning in Somalia is required.
- Minimum five years of experience with qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo or ATLAS.ti is required.
- Minimum five years of experience with quantitative data analysis software such as Stata or SPSS is preferred.
- Experience with data collection software such as Kobo Toolbox or SurveyCTO is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BHA programs and knowledge of IP activities in Somalia is highly desirable.
- Ability to implement and lead remote third-party management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is required.
- Proficiency in oral and written English is required.
