Seller-Doer with Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Degree preferred in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in natural resource management, climate change adaptation, ecosystem restoration, engineering design/implementation of nature-based solutions.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to build and grow strong and trusted client relationships.
- Proven experience in management and coordination of diverse project teams.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency and inclusivity.
- Ability to succeed in a team-oriented organization, interfacing with a variety of different groups to accomplish project objectives.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects as needed and deliver timely and quality service.
- Excellent organizational and networking skills.
- Advanced understanding of coastal, marine, environmental or related engineering and/or ecosystem principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience performing rigorous analysis in support of highly visible work.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and a strong commitment to solving environmental problems through natural, sustainable solutions.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000
