Security Vetting Support Advisor
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- There is a requirement to hold SC clearance as a minimum to fulfil the role
- Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service
- Able to multi-task, organise and prioritise workloads whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Willing to learn and expand your skills and have an attention to detail
- Able to work well as a team and on your own
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, 365)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Used to working in a highly organised and methodical manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Pro-active attitude and a desire to provide a quality customer service
- A willingness to consider new ways of working and adapt current processes where a beneficial change is identified
