Security / Technology Consultant - Seattle, WA

Position Summary:
Glumac is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. This role combines technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship. The ideal candidate brings strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset, along with the ability to develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications that support successful project delivery.
Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• PSP certification required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

• RCDD certification
• CPP certification
• DCDC certification
• CTS or CTS-D certification
• CPD certification
• NICET certification
• ICD-705 knowledge or certification
• PE license
• Experience in mentoring, talent development, and process improvement
Work Environment and Location:
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our Seattle, WA office. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
