Security Manager, MEASURE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in public administration, business administration, or other relevant areas.
- Minimum five years of experience in security management and oversight of security platforms required.
- Experience in managing security platforms in complex and high-risk environments.
- Experience working with State Department and/or USAID implementing partners in high-risk environments preferred.
- Experience with implementing security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards to enable the MEASURE team to safely deliver monitoring services.
- Experience in producing written reports, including Threat, Risk, and Vulnerability Assessments, Security Surveys, Security Audits, and Contingency Planning.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with multifaceted organizations at senior levels and cross-culturally.
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Ukrainian required.
