Security & Logistics Manager, Middle East & North Africa Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Services Activity, Jordan
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management, operations, logistics, administration, or other related discipline required.
· Minimum five years’ experience doing similar work in support of projects required.
· Experience with US State Department, USAID or another donor funded projects, or international non-governmental organization preferred.
· Knowledge of local social security and labor laws and how it affects program personnel processes required.
· Ability to work effectively and collegially under pressure in a stressful environment required.
· Advanced computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook required.
· Determination, commitment, efficiency, creativity and adaptability required.
· Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities while working independently and with teams, hold a strong service orientation, and inter-personal skills are required.
· Ability to travel to project implementation locations preferred.
· Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
