Security Cooperation Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Analysts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree international development, a social science or other AM&E related field required. M.A. preferred.
- Five (5) experience in Security Cooperation, AM&E, or other related experience is required for the position.
- Personnel should have experience conducting AM&E in at least one of the following functional areas:
o Security Cooperation Strategy/Policy,
o Institutional Capacity Building,
o Logistics,
o Human Resource Management,
o Resource Management, or
o Protection Of Civilians/SSR/Civil Sector/Human Rights.
- Expertise providing technical assistance to foreign assistance implementing partners to develop AM&E plans and developing and/or conducting AM&E training.
- Experience developing surveys and other data collection instruments, supervising data collection, analyzing data and writing up AM&E reports.
- Experience in developing data collection plans, objective trees, theories of change, assessment plans, and performance monitoring plans.
- Experience in presenting findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key organizations, working groups, and professionals in the SC AM&E sector.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- English fluency is required, Spanish fluency is preferred.
