Residential Strategic Land & Housing Infrastructure Lead - Project Management
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in project, programme, or portfolio management—ideally within the residential sector—is essential. You will bring strong commercial awareness, knowledge of construction contracts, and a track record in business development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are key. A proactive mindset and willingness to travel for client and project needs are expected.
Working Environment
This role offers flexible and hybrid working, with a blend of office, home, and site-based activity. Regular travel to client locations and project sites will be required. Office and/or site presence is typically expected 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to support project and client demands.
