Essential Job Functions:
The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
• Support project planning, procurement, field support activities, and other project administrative duties to support Project Managers executing environmental construction and remediation projects.
• Monitor quantity tracking, production and schedule performance.
• Perform productivity and unit cost analyses on construction and remediation projects.
• Support the determination of estimated actuals for accrual reporting.
• Support out monthly deliverables to clients (internal and external), including progress and cost reporting schedule updates, and forecasting.
• Assist in providing support for project closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain schedules on moderately complex projects in their entirety and portions of scope on highly complex projects.
• Perform critical path and float analysis of the project schedule throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Identify and analyze cost and schedule trends and variances to the project baselines.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports for review.
• Provide change and configuration management control.
• Perform cost to complete forecasting.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a focus in Business, Construction Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of applicable experience at construction, engineering, or environmental firms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

• Strong communication and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness, time management, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for several hours continuously while working at a job site.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer.
Work Environment / Environmental Factors:
• This position will include both office, remote (home) work, and field assignments.
• Field assignments could include exposure to the elements for prolonged durations. Personal protective equipment and other means to protect workers from the elements will be utilized per our safety standards and as necessary.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time, hybrid position, based out of the San Diego office, with 25% expected travel.

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
