Regional Third Party Monitoring Director Middle East & North Africa Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Services Activity Amman, Jordan

Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree in relevant field required, preferably in a field such nutrition, public health, economics, sociology, social science or statistics required.

·       At least five years of experience managing activities in a non-permissive environment required.

·       Minimum of ten years of M&E experience, including conducting and managing quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis required.

·       Minimum of seven years of experience managing diverse teams working on M&E, preferably including TPM required.

·       Previous experience working on TPM of humanitarian assistance programs in the MENA region is required.

·       Familiarity with issues related to the implementation of humanitarian assistance activities for refugees and IDPs in the MENA region related to health and nutrition; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH); Agriculture and Food Security; Economic Recovery and Market Systems; Multi-purpose Cash Assistance; and Protection and Shelter/Settlements required.

·       Supervisory experience, including technical and administrative management of subcontractors required.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and composed required.

·       Strong oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills required.

·       Fluency in Arabic and English required.
