Recruitment Manager - Based in Manchester or Leeds
About You
You’ll have extensive experience operating as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner / Recruitment Manager within a busy and fast moving internal recruitment department and will ideally have experience with:
- Recruitment ATS systems
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Dealing with external agencies
You’ll be accomplished in direct sourcing for a variety of technical vacancies as well as building talent pipelines and experience of developing an employer brand.
It is essential that you are a team player and customer focused in your approach and that you have experience of engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Location: Manchester or Leeds
Salary: Up to 43k
