Tetra Tech Disaster Recovery Team will soon be hiring Recruiting Coordinators in Maitland, FL for the upcoming storm season. This position is 100% in office and provides support to the Talent Acquisition department for any calls or inquiries related to future storms. As a Recruiting Coordinators you will assist with the recruitment and hiring process, qualifying applicants, scheduling new hires for training, and documenting new hire information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Answer all inbound calls regarding staffing.

·         Screen for qualified candidates using a provided call script.

·         Add all new hire details to the onboarding tracker.

·         Create new applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

·         Schedule new hires for training.

·         Conduct outbound calls as instructed by the Call Center Supervisor.

·         Conduct call backs as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Qualifications:

·         Ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed.

·         Ability to multi-task, such as toggling between computer applications while on the phone.

·         Ability to talk to large numbers of people for extended periods.

·         Always maintain a professional demeanor.

·         Effectively interact with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds.

·         Ability to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

·         Ability to work long hours (approximately 10 to 12 hours a day).

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

It is understood that your employment will be on an "at will" basis. This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as-needed" basis and will end once the project is complete.
