MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

              KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·       Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) at an intermediate or higher level.

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Taleo or other enterprise systems.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

·       Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. 

·       Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

·       Ability and experience in mining online databases.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the management both in writing and orally.

·       Ability to prioritize work efficiently and accurately with little to no supervision.

·       Ability to plan, coordinate and complete projects.

·       Ability to supervise small group of people.

·       Must have a high degree of integrity and commitment to treat people reasonably and with respect; especially when dealing with sensitive or confidential situations.

             

              EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma and at least four years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

·       Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university and payroll experience.

 

              LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

·       Preferred: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

 

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS:

·       Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction).

·       Acceptable hearing (with or without hearing aid).

·       Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • Works inside in an office and remote environment.
