QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment is considered an asset
- Experience recruiting in the engineering industry is considered an asset
- Experience recruiting in Oil & Gas and/or Mining Sectors an asset
- Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Taleo experience an asset
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other online recruiting resources to source candidates
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment.

- A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. A copy of a valid work permit may be required.
- If you are considered for the position, clearance on all applicable background checks (which may include criminal, identity, educational and security) and professional reference checks is required. Some Tetra Tech positions require an enhanced level of background assessment, which is dictated by law. These positions require advanced criminal record checks that must also be conducted from time to time after commencement of employment.
