Quantitative Instrument Development Consultant, USAID/Somalia Monitoring Learning Project-2
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in international affairs/development and social science with practical research experience is required.
- Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in quantitative research and/or monitoring, evaluation and learning in the humanitarian or development sectors of Somalia is required.
- Experience working with data collection software such as Fulcrum preferred.
- Experience with monitoring donor-funded programs, preferably with a familiarity of USAID.
- Knowledge of remote third-party management methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with the operations of BHA programs and knowledge of IP activities in Somalia is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
- Strong working knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
