Quality Assurance Specialist, Middle East and North Africa Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Services
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required. PhD degree in social science or in a related field preferred.
- Minimum ten years of experience designing and implementing experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental research designs, including large-scale field experiments and data collection required.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, including publication in refereed journals and production of policy reports, required.
- Experience working with donor agencies strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English required.
