Proposal Coordinator
• Bachelor’s degree in English/Writing/Rhetoric, Communications, Marketing, or related field (required)
• 1-4 years of proposal coordination or similar experience
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word including application of styles
• 1-3 years’ experience in research, technical, and/or creative writing
• Must be team-oriented, reliable, dependable, flexible, and highly responsive to internal clients, as well as other members of the BDS team
• Must be able to work remotely independently and as part of a dispersed team
• Ability to evaluate sources, conduct research, and analyze findings using internal databases (e.g., Oracle) and external subscription services and websites
• Knowledge of US government procurement methods preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities, including willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet client-driven deadlines
