Project Support Production Specialist
Qualifications:
Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat required.
General working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
Excellent understanding of the basic principles of design and ability to implement into technical report formatting, layouts, graphics, and templates to create attractive and visually appealing deliverables while adhering to already established brand guidelines.
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, strives for flawless execution on projects and demands exceptional digital and physical file organization.
Ability to read and understand statement of work requirements as it applies to your role and the larger project requirements.
Experience designing data-driven infographics, charts, tables, graphs, etc. PowerBI experience is a plus.
Experience creating Section 508-compliant documents a plus.
Independent self-starter with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong technical editing and writing skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with management, technical, graphics, and support personnel.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn new software and proficiencies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or significant work experience or 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role required.
2- 5 years’ experience in layout and print design or graphic production preferred
Previous experience working in the architecture-engineering industry with federal and state/Municipal clients desired.
Experience creating documents compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 desired.
The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $80,000.
