Project Operations Senior Associate- Arlington VA-Hybrid
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international development/studies, business administration or another related field
- 5 years of relevant project management and/or operations experience on USAID, MCC, and other multi-lateral donor projects
- Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations for travel, allowances, and procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in research using primary and secondary sources.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed.
- Strong organizational, teamwork and technical skills.
- Proficiency in meeting deadlines both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely documents.
- Exceptional listening skills and commitment to customer service.
- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in oral and written English communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally to project locations and conferences.
Valued Qualifications
- Strong negotiating and budgeting skills
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation experience, including developing M&E plans, data collection against project indicators, and creating data trackers and dashboards.
- Familiarity with 508 compliance of documents
- Fluency in Russian, French or Spanish
