Project Operations Manager - Hybrid
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international development/studies, business administration or another related field
- 9 years of relevant project management and/or operations experience on USAID, MCC, and other multi-lateral donor projects (or 8 years of relevant experience plus a Master’s degree)
- Proven knowledge of the USAID rules and regulations on allowable costs, travel, allowances, and procurement
- Experience managing large cost-plus fix fee budgets and preparing financial reports
- Must be able to travel internationally, as needed.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in international development/studies, business administration or another related field
- Previous relevant field experience on international donor projects
- Fluency in French or Spanish
- Monitoring and evaluation experience, including the development of M&E plans, data collection against project indicators, development of data trackers and dashboards
- Proven organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, while providing strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively.
