Project Operations Associate- Arlington, VA / Hybrid
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, public administration, or other relevant subject
- Five years of relevant work experience in project management
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and be able to operate independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed
- Demonstrate capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality documentation within required timeframes.
- Excellent listening skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred but Not Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the USAID rules and regulations
- Relevant work experience in international development or USAID funded projects.
- Fluency in a foreign language: French, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian
