Project Manager, Venezuelan Migration Qualitative and Quantitative Research, U.S. Department of State- U.S. Embassy Bogota, Colombia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, project management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least ten (10) years of experience managing complex research or monitoring and evaluation projects. Migration or related sectors, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams in challenging and diverse field settings.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data collection tools.
- Prior experience working with State Department or similar multilateral donor-funded projects highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
