Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Emergency Management, or related fields are preferable.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in federally funded programs, disaster-recovery or infrastructure programs, including familiarity with FEMA Public Assistance or PPDR eligibility requirements.
Must be located in St. Louis, Missouri.
A self-starter mentality and experience taking ownership of projects with limited direction.
Ability to thrive in a low-ego, highly collaborative work environment.
Excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to execute multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing program reports and client presentations.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, CSP, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to walk on uneven terrain and climb up and down stairs.
