- Experience with Primavera
- Must have Final Secret, Interim Top Secret (TS), or Final TS security clearance.
- Minimum of a Final Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 7 years of on-site experience as an Architect on Vertical Construction Projects.
- Must possess either a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Engineering Management, Construction management, or Construction Engineering from a U.S. institution. In lieu of a degree from a U.S. Institution, any of the aforementioned degrees from a foreign institution will be acceptable so long as the program has been ABET-certified. Barring a compliant degree, an active PE License will suffice.
