Project Assistant - Moldova
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or a similar field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role, including at least one year in front office or secretarial services.
- Proficiency in office systems and advanced computer literacy.
- Familiarity with common work-related platforms, such as MS Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, including responsiveness to local and home office requests.
- Detail oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to plan, explain procedures, and maintain documentation.
- Ability to solve problems, analyze and understand business processes, and optimize office systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to interact with all levels of management across multiple objectives.
- Fluency in English including reading and strong oral and written presentation skills.
Valued qualifications
- Experience working with USAID or other donor-funded projects in Moldova.
