Project Analyst: Municipal Infrastructure - Ukraine
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, project management, business administration, or another relevant field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management, investment analysis, infrastructure financing, or municipal project development
Fluency in Ukrainian and full proficiency in English
Preferred but Not Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, project management, business administration, or another relevant field
Strong analytical skills
Experience preparing economic and financial analyses, including cost-benefit assessments, affordability analyses, and tariff impact evaluations
Knowledge of project management cycle and regulations of international financial institutions (e.g., World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development)
Experience on donor-funded international projects or U.S. government–funded projects
Line Management Responsibility: N/A
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position will require regular attendance at the office in Kyiv and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine to interact with local stakeholders.
