Project Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of recent experience in producing documents using advanced Microsoft Office Suite is essential, specifically Word and Excel (Please cite examples of recent assignments)
- 5+ Years recent experience in producing documents using Adobe format applications (Please be prepared to cite recent examples)
- Recent experience with senior level executives, project managers and engineers, each of whom will rely on this individual to format and editorial QC large and small documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain paper and electronic project files for the group
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple tasks, to meet project deadlines
- Ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in an engineering office strongly preferred
