Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance
- 10 years of work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and 5 years as a Senior Program Manager.
- A Master's Degree in Public Health, Demography, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Must have broad knowledge of business administration and human resource management.
- Outstanding communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines, and work well with others.
