Program Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in management or administration, business, or a related field relevant to development finance
- At least five years demonstrable experience with program management or oversight and delivery of finance or consulting projects in developing or emerging countries, ideally, in sub-Saharan Africa
- Demonstrated experience and demonstrated skills in planning, procurement, monitoring and reporting in multiple project environments and in the context of donor-funded development projects
- Experience from finance sector, specifically in the development finance, is highly valued
- Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analysis tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary is required
- Willingness to travel regularly during the duration of the contract.
- Fluency in English is required, Knowledge of French, Portuguese and/or other languages spoken in Africa are highly desirable.
