The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

  • Must have 12+ years of experience performing strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition management and planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan development

  • Must have prior experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or have worked at the FAA

  • Must have experience in all of the following: cost estimation; budget planning and preparation; budget tracking; expenditure analysis; budget execution; business system requirements development; and business process re-engineering

  • Proficient with the use of the FAA’s Financial Management Systems to include DELPHI, FMS, Simplified Program Information Report & Evaluation (SPIRE) and the CWP toolset

  • Working knowledge of the federal budget process

  • Experience/familiarity with FAA Orders and/or Advisory Circulars (AC) is desirable

  • Knowledge of the systems and processes that currently support Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) design and development is desirable

  • Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

  • Experience working with dashboards is desirable

 

 

Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
