Program Development Officer, USAID/OTI Moldova Program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
- Minimum three years of experience working developing and implementing projects in Moldova required.
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic and creative environment that values learning and open communication.
- Strong communication skills as well as proactive problem-solving abilities independently and with teams, a strong service orientation, and inter-personal skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Ability to travel and work under difficult conditions while maintaining security awareness.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
