Program Development Officer (PDO) USAID/Guatemala, Guatemala, Guatemala City
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or nine (9) years of relevant work experience without a bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience shall include experience working on donor-funded projects in a related role.
- Experience working with project development and implementation, preferably related to community development, marginalized communities, resilience and/or governance and rule of law issues.
- Familiarity with USAID’s policies and rapid grants programming preferred.
- Experience in program planning and implementation on a fast spaced environment and under ad-hoc basis.
- Experience implementing/managing programming directed at impacting a transition highly desired.
- Complete fluency in written and oral Spanish required. Work proficiency in English highly desired.
