Program Development and Capacity Building Consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or business management required. Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the humanitarian field required.
- Experience managing complex USAID/NGO projects required.
- Experience working in francophone countries preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills required.
- Ability to travel if required, particularly if conflict zones are involved.
- Strong speaking and writing fluency in English required. Speaking and writing proficiency in French preferred.
